Workshop: Silkscreen

In this workshop, we’ll explore the basics of silkscreen printing by creating prints from your own image, text, or drawing. You will learn how to prepare artwork for screen printing, expose a screen using UV light, mix inks, and print by hand onto paper.

Silkscreen printing is a versatile stencil-based technique that allows for bold graphic results, layered colours, and making editions. The technique is widely used in art, publishing, textiles, and poster-making, and is suitable for both photographic and hand-drawn imagery.
