Workshop: Silkscreen Basics

In this workshop, we’ll explore the basics of silkscreen printing by creating prints from your own image, text, or drawing. You will learn how to expose a screen using UV light, mix inks, and print by hand onto paper and textile.

Silkscreen printing is a versatile stencil-based technique that allows for bold graphic results, layered colours, and making editions. The technique is widely used in art, publishing, textiles, and poster-making, and is suitable for both photographic and hand-drawn imagery.
